A Swedish father and self-proclaimed feminist travels to a conservative men’s retreat, which leads him to immerse himself in the “manosphere”.

The Swedish single father and self-proclaimed feminist travels to a conservative men’s retreat in Denmark. He wonders why such gatherings exist, attempts to understand the anger of the men there, and confronts his own. His journey turns into a personal crisis, questioning his role as a man, as a father, and his relationship with his own father. Over six years immersed in the so-called “manosphere,” he arrives at a fundamental reflection: what happens to a man – or any human being – when the notion of masculinity is challenged? The film portrays the online world where hyper-masculine narratives, misogyny, and grievances spread through social media and discussion forums. It shows how these communities, instead of fostering dialogue, deepen frustration and aggression toward women and changing gender roles.
