At the beginning of January 2022, Japan's Panasonic Corporation announced a move to a four-day work week. This is another company that is breaking with Japan's workaholic culture. "We hope it will significantly improve the quality of life for employees," the company's chief executive said. The introduction of a four-day work week is already supported by 68 percent of Poles.
