From 31 October to 12 November the COP26 climate summit is taking place in Glasgow, attended by delegates from 196 countries and thousands of representatives of NGOs, business and the media. The participants of the summit are trying to establish an action plan aimed at stopping climate change, which is progressing more and more dynamically and is already affecting places all around the world.

On the occasion of the ongoing event in Glasgow, we particularly recommend the films from our Climate for Change section, which constitute both an analysis of current threats, as well as forms of expression that give hope for a better eco-friendly future.

Anote's Ark (dir. Robert Fox) –the film captures the next evolution in the shifting dynamics of climate change—one where borders, technology, and global treaties are urgent and can change daily life as we know it.

Anthropocene: The Human Epoch (dir. Jennifer Baichwal, Nicholas de Pencier, Edward Burtynsky) – spanning numerous countries, the film reveals in stunning images how our mania for conquest defines our relationship to the Earth.

But Beautiful (dir. Erwin Wagenhofer) – a film about the freedom to choose and freedom to choose to be happy.

Dolphin Man (dir. Lefteris Charitos) – his life inspired the film "The Big Blue."

Eating Animals (dir. Christopher Quinn) – where do the eggs, dairy and meat we buy really come from?

Genesis 2.0 (dir. Christian Frei, Maxim Arbugaev)is resurrecting a mammoth possible today? Christian Frei's film is about the mysteries hidden in nature, the foundation of the creation of the world and the new role humans can play in the process.

More Than Honey (dir. Markus Imhoof) – bees are not only a vital link in the Earth's ecosystem, they are also an important harvesting agent. They have inhabited the Earth as long as humans, but when they die out - as Einstein claimed - humans will have no more than four years left to live.

Safari (dir. Urlich Seidl) – the Austrian hunters enjoying the "charms" of murdering animals in the reserve.

Spaceship Earth (dir. Matt Wolf ) – a story of a scientific Noah's Ark.

The Campaing Against the Climate (dir. Mads Ellesøe) – a story about how a small group of men have forever affected the future of mankind. And continues to do this today.
